With “Nutrition Without Tears”
Struggled with weight issues for years? Yo-yo dieting a familiar scenario? Convinced

On October 9, Well Nest will again offer “Nutrition Without Tears”, a workshop
designed to show you how, in small, workable steps, you can redefine your relationship
with food. We talk about food programming and how to undo it, shopping for health, and
learning to enjoy cooking simple, healthy foods. Plus the three kitchen must-haves—and
we sample!
It’s easy to become confused about nutrition—and just give up. But this straightforward
workshop might just be the starting point for a whole new path of better eating.
Workshop leader Janis Hashe teaches the Absolute Beginners yoga classes at the Well
Nest. Her knowledge of nutrition comes from many years of working with and writing
about food, as well as her own mostly vegetarian diet.
