Men’s Empowerment and Self-Esteem Group. This support/discussion group will look at the ways men can empower themselves to be who they wish to be; to discover and gain access to their highest, best selves; to explore and address self-esteem issues from childhood to adulthood; to discover ways to strengthen one’s sense of self-worth and increase self-esteem in all areas of life.
This group is open to both gay and straight men, whether single or partnered, and is facilitated by Dr. Rick.
