meditation classes At Well Nest, Dr. Rick offers a series of GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES, for those who may want to explore meditation for the first time, as well as for those who already practice meditating and wish to further expand their level of insight. These meditation classes are designed to: 1. Provide a safe and relaxed setting in which to make emotional, psychological and spiritual progress through one’s specific issues; 2. Help to develop coping skills for the everyday stresses of life; 3. Teach relaxation techniques which help in overall emotional and physical wellness; 4. Increase one’s ability to feel balanced, positive and hopeful; 5. Feel good! |
